Woman experiences diabetic emergency and shortness of breath

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency involving a 55-year-old woman with diabetes was reported near Chances Creek Road and James Creek Road. She experienced shortness of breath and excessive sweating, possibly after taking extra medication. Symptoms began about 20 minutes prior to the report.
