As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a reported vehicle fire with heavy smoke and flames on the Blue Ridge Parkway near Fancy Gap, Virginia. Multiple rescue units responded using the northbound on-ramp and operated on channel OP 3.
