Man experiencing high blood sugar and hallucinations

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible diabetic emergency involving a confused and hallucinating man near Cedar Lane and West Avon Road in Unionville. Medic units and an engine transported the man to a hospital. In a separate call, officers were asked to contact a complainant about concerns at a massage business on Scott Swamp Road.
