Group using drugs and entering cars at Civic Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were requested to check suspicious activity near Civic Street in Farmington, where a caller reported several people outside and inside a residence allegedly using drugs and going through vehicles on the property. The report was delayed by about half an hour.
