Man suffers cardiac arrest at steel plant in Farrell

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a possible cardiac arrest involving an unconscious, not breathing adult male at a steel facility near Roemer Boulevard in Farrell. CPR was said to be in progress and one responding fire unit was later told it could cancel its response.
