87-year-old man with shallow breathing falls and trapped

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to a home near Washington Street in Farrell for a possible medical emergency involving an 87-year-old man who had fallen, may have fractured his ankle, and was trapped behind a bathroom door with very shallow breathing. Police were already on scene and requested fire and EMS to enter the residence and reach the patient urgently.
