This will be a direct transfer from clinic in Pred Grove. The patient came in with a complaint of shortness of breath doesn't have a history of lung cancer. Staff states that he had a sinkable episode in his wheelchair did not fall, did not hit his head, but did lose consciousness for about two minutes.
