Backpack of jewelry found near Fayetteville bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers in the Fayetteville area discussed a possible theft after a resident who walks daily reportedly found a backpack full of jewelry near a bridge and took it to the village hall. County authorities were asked to respond and document the items while they consider whether it may be related to a report of missing cash.
