Dog chained to truck at medical office building

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a call about a dog chained to an older blue Ford truck near a medical office building on Medical Center Boulevard. The dog was reportedly in the back of the vehicle and then jumped out and is hiding underneath it.
