Unresponsive 911 call at cabinet plant

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received an apparent 911 open line from a cell phone mapping near an industrial cabinet plant on North Baggers Street. Units were sent to check for any possible emergency after someone answered a callback but did not speak.
