Person having a seizure near Third Avenue and Millhouse Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched for a high-priority possible seizure near the intersection of Third Avenue, Malloy Avenue, South Vista Drive, and Washington Street in Ferndale. Engine 45 and Medic 4 responded, and Engine 45 was later reported code green.
