Suspicious person outside Boys and Girls Club

As discussed during the dispatch call, a reporting party described a suspicious man in black clothing with a hood up walking back and forth outside a youth club near First Street in Fillmore. The man was last seen walking toward the central area, and the reporting party believes he may have an outstanding warrant.
