Suspicious subjects reported on River Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of suspicious male subjects near River Street in Fillmore. One man with tattoos was described wearing a gray tank top, camo shorts, and tall white socks. Another man with a shaved head and tattoos was wearing a brown shirt and gray-blue pants. The reporting party initially believed one of them had a gun but later said it appeared to be a cell phone. A heavyset female in a white Pontiac reportedly picked up the men and drove toward Charles Street.
