Person overdoses and experiences chest pain near Fincastle

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews are responding to a reported drug overdose near Big Spring Road in Botetourt County. A caller from a veteran hotline reported that a conscious but very distressed man believes he overdosed and is having chest pain.
