That's exactly what I was going to say. My husband's 71 yrs old and he nods off. At least she's parked and not driving! Just because people nod off doesn't mean they're on drugs or overdosing!! There could be a few different reasons this person looked like they were nodding off, lack of sleep and their tired, could be having a seizure of some kind, maybe they have a nervous twitch or Parkinson's disease, where they nod and shake, doesn't mean it's drug related.
