Semi truck wedged under Green Street viaduct

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a semi truck that became stuck under a viaduct on Green Street in Champaign. The top of the tractor struck the structure and was wedged, blocking some eastbound traffic. Responders checked for possible structural damage, and fire units were ultimately canceled when the damage appeared limited to the vehicle’s fiberglass air dam.
