Older woman chokes and briefly loses consciousness

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near a community hall in Richmond Township for a possible cardiac arrest involving a woman in her fifties who had reportedly choked and was initially unconscious but later breathing. Fire units were also dispatched to a separate report of wires and a possible fire down in the street near Prairie Chapel Road and nearby intersections.
