Female having allergic reaction with throat and mouth blistering

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched in the Flint area for two separate medical incidents. One involved a 30-year-old woman near Markham Street and Fenton who reportedly had an allergic reaction after eating something, with blistering in her mouth and throat. The other involved a 74-year-old man on Shram Street near Grand Lake who was reportedly bleeding from the rectum, feeling faint, and not breathing normally.
