Since she witnessed a female that was hitting and fighting, a juvenile that's been the vaccine of a vehicle. She said it was a garden-collar and board fusion. She said the female in the pasture, she was in (name withheld) and then the driver, (name withheld) came out. They both told her to get back from her vehicle, mind her old business. She's wanting a welfare check done on that child. She said the child was screaming for help. The vehicle is no longer there. She said they drove off. 420 East 4th is the address we have for hand. I'm not sure if that's correct now or not. I believe it is. I'll be in wrap to that address.
