Reckless motorcycle driving in no-passing zone

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were notified of a possible road rage incident on Highway 115 near 3rd Street involving a black motorcycle reportedly driving recklessly, passing in a no-passing zone, and following other vehicles too closely. The reporting party is no longer able to see the motorcycle.
