As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies received a driving complaint about a gray sedan traveling southbound on Highway 23 near Florence. The vehicle was reportedly moving at a high speed with its trunk partially open and flashing lights visible. Caller expressed concern that someone might be inside the trunk.
