Traffic stop on red sedan and white sedan on I-95

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a possible traffic stop involving a red Toyota sedan and a white Hyundai sedan traveling northbound on I-95 near mile marker 164 in the Florence area. One vehicle reportedly had no rear lights.
