Carbon monoxide alarm at Avalon Complex home

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported carbon monoxide alarm at an apartment complex on Florence Drive in Florham Park. Responders found elevated carbon monoxide readings inside the entrance and began checking the residence and ventilating the area while the gas company was notified.
