Suspicious unloading of boxes on Main Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a semi truck unloading boxes into a pickup truck on Main Street near Route 100. The pickup truck was described as parked facing the wrong way in traffic and the situation was reported as suspicious.
