Domestic assault reported near primary school

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible domestic disturbance near a primary school on Allegheny Street. A man in a reflective vest allegedly put his hands on a woman at a house with a gray Jeep in the driveway. The caller reported no weapons seen.
