Erratic speeding vehicle reported on Route 2

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a black Volvo with two male occupants driving erratically and at high speed on Route 2 toward Follansbee. Units discussed the vehicle’s direction of travel and a possible traffic stop.
