Residential alarm with unknown person entering home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a residential alarm report at a home on East Street in Follansbee. Motion was detected at the doors, and someone wearing a Pirates jersey was seen walking through the front door. It was unclear whether this person was a resident or an unauthorized intruder.
