As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a black Volvo with a large rear sticker, described as driving erratically and at excessive speed on Route 2 heading into Follansbee, with a male driver and male passenger. Units discussed the vehicle’s direction of travel and a stop was later conducted for crossing the center line.
