Yeah, that's kind of what I noticed here was that. It's like ridiculous because, you know, 7.263 is kind of where that group hangs out at 40 meters, and they'll move around a little bit. But I even heard them on 7.200, (name withheld) trying to get away from that frequency, and same thing was happening. Like, it seemed like wherever I heard (name withheld) going, I heard that the jammer going right on top of them. childish to be that and it's not in good amateur practice no i'm with you i agree with you i think it's crappy um obviously set someone off um you know and so enough to follow and like i said recording uh they're you know recording (name withheld)'s voice uh saying you know bad things to the jammer and then him repeating it on other frequencies and stuff Yeah, it's pretty nasty. And the sucky part, you know, it's just, you'll never know. Because H.F. is so, like, it's no holds barred. You know, everything goes almost, right? In some ways, it's like the Wild West, I noticed. Over. If you can get a good copy on them, nice solid copy, and record it, you can fingerprint transmitters. Much easier to do on FM. much easier to catch jammers on FM by fingerprinting the transmitters. FM transmitters always have a, they have kind of like a digital fingerprint. So anyway, so I'm not going to say much more about that, but it's something I used to practice just to get good at. Yeah, copy that. That's pretty cool. I didn't know that. Sounds like it's almost like an IP or something for the... for the, and I know it's different, but it sounds like it's kind of like an IP where they know where you're coming from. Yeah, I don't know. It's just, for me, it's just disheartening, you know, because especially after a while, it really starts to get on you, I'm sure, especially with (name withheld) being like, you know, he's on the radio all the time, so I just feel bad for him, over. Unfortunately, the FCC is very slow to respond to these things. But when they do, watch out because that's your ticket. They take their time, you know, and they collect evidence. And when they finally do come after you, you can be guaranteed that you're screwed. I'm sure it would be. I hope that that can be the case on some of the ones we've been having lately, but it feels like it's almost like a lost cause at some time, at some point, you know, just because there's a lot of effort that has to go into trying to rep, what do you call, you can pull that out, so to speak. But anyways, I just thought you might like to know it's not a good news, it's just some news. And it's been the worst I've seen. And it's kind of like what I've been hearing from him, too, the worst to the worst, you know. It's just like if he's got nothing better to do all day long than do that to somebody, man, I feel bad for you. Yeah, well, it's unfortunate, but it's been going on for a long time. You just have to wonder about the mentality involved with that. I tend to avoid those groups. You know, and it's been going on for a long time. We've always had that segment of the Ham Radio community that either they just are bored, they don't know how to hold a normal adult conversation, so they, you know, they resort to games like that. Good afternoon. This is... The K6IS East Repeater System. The time is 1448.
