Male inmate in cardiac arrest found unresponsive in cell

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical personnel are transporting a 58-year-old man from Folsom Prison after an apparent cardiac arrest and neck injury. CPR and multiple defibrillator shocks were reportedly given at the facility before he was taken to a hospital.
