Male patient choking then breathing difficulty near Forest City

As discussed during the dispatch call, a male patient near County Road 2670 East experienced coughing and difficulty breathing. He appeared to be choking but the obstruction was cleared. EMS was requested to continue without lights or sirens to check the patient.
