Sparking low wire blocks traffic on North Lake Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to reports of downed wires near O'Brien Road and North Lake Road in Forestport. A low-hanging wire was reportedly sparking and blocking traffic. The area was temporarily closed while crews notified the power company.
