Money reportedly stolen after jackpot at rest area

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a possible theft at a rest area off I-40 near a community college in the Forrest City area. A caller stated that after one person apparently won a jackpot and handed out cash to several people, another person took the caller’s money. The caller is reportedly waiting in a white Ford with a red open trailer and hazard lights on.
