As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from a resident along West Illinois Route 72 about a Buick Enclave whose female driver allegedly did a donut in the caller’s driveway and then drove westbound. The vehicle was later reported parked near a business identified as J. Red, and a unit was sent to check the complaint.
