Teen walking barefoot and hitchhiking reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to check on the well-being of a male who appears to be a teenager near a park and nearby apartments. The reporting party said he was walking barefoot in a brown T-shirt with short brown hair and holding his thumb out as if hitchhiking. It is a possible welfare concern, and no further issues are confirmed in the radio traffic.
