A woman reported that a man she knows smashed her car window, took her phone, and cut her hand, but officers later noted that the window did not appear to be smashed. The man was reported to be nearby at Collins and Sherwood, and officers checked the area and spoke with the woman by her vehicle in the visitors parking lot.
