Burned exhaust fan belt causes smoke in building

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews investigated smoke in a building near John J Kingman Road at Fort Belvoir. They traced the smoke to a burned belt on a roof exhaust fan and worked with maintenance to shut off power, ventilate the area, and reduce responding units.
