Officer transporting loose dog to animal shelter

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer on Interstate 69 reported finding a loose dog and secured it in the patrol vehicle. Animal control and a shelter were contacted, and the officer planned to meet shelter staff at a location in the Fort Branch area. Later radio traffic also mentioned a separate apparent medical transport with advanced life support requested to meet en route to a medical facility.
