As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to the area near Oak Avenue North and Fifth Street Northeast in Fort Meade after an anonymous caller reported three men on electric bicycles who were reportedly approaching children and may have been trying to lure them. The caller did not want contact and only requested that law enforcement be notified.
