Man with knife chasing person near Riverside trail

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to the Riverside area after a reporting party said a man with a knife had chased and harassed him near the ice rink and nature trail by the river. The man was reportedly an older male, still carrying a folding-style knife, and was last seen walking north on the nature trail toward the river.
