Man bothering dogs and trash at Fort Morgan home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a possible suspicious person outside a home near East 6th Avenue in Fort Morgan. A juvenile who was home alone reported a man outside taunting the dogs and putting trash in the home’s trash can, and the reporting party requested a response.
