Person locked inside home unable to open door

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers and emergency medical services responded to a residence near Euclid Street where a person was unable to open the door. Responders attempted entry through multiple points including front, back, and garage doors. A dog was present and reported to be friendly. Access to the home was challenging due to locked doors and a detached garage. Efforts continued to safely reach the individual inside.
