Person unresponsive at park near E Ohio Ave

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency call was reported near John Metcalf Park on East Ohio Avenue. Units 2212 and 281 responded with law enforcement also on scene. The incident appears to involve a staging for medical purposes.
