Dog reported locked in shed at Fox River Grove home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a property in Fox River Grove for an animal complaint after a caller reported a dog locked in a shed and expressed concern about the owners’ possible mental health issues. The caller was to be met at a second nearby location.
