Domestic dispute over custody of infant child

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported domestic dispute near Bear Claw Lane in Frankfort. A woman said she was leaving her husband and they were arguing over their infant child. Radio traffic indicated the husband reportedly held a knife to his own neck the previous night and said he wanted to kill himself, but an update indicated he did not currently have a knife or other weapon on him.
