Woman collapsed and had possible seizure at fair

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a priority medical call at the Frankfort Family Fair near Forest Avenue in Frankfort for an adult woman who reportedly collapsed, became unresponsive, and may have had a seizure. She was reported to be breathing and starting to regain consciousness when units arrived.
