As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates this was an apparent disabled vehicle near Fairfax County Parkway and Stringfellow Road, not a traffic accident. A possibly related vehicle on the parkway could not be stopped, and one vehicle may be connected to an abandoned vehicle report.
