Elderly woman unresponsive after seizure near 410th Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports an elderly woman collapsed with a possible seizure and is unresponsive but breathing at a residence near 410th Street in Franklin. Fairfax Ambulance and the local medical response unit were sent to assist.
