Boy reported trying to get into cars at Riverfront Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to Riverfront Park after a caller reported a male juvenile running around and trying to get into people’s cars. The caller was reported to be in the parking lot by the playground closest to the bridge; responding units asked whether it was the 8th St or 9th St side of the park.
