Vehicle incident near north end of Lake Carmi

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near the north end of Route 120 by Lake Carmi for an incident involving an elderly man who reportedly fell from a go-kart and hit his head on a rock. A separate report indicated a vehicle occupant was out of the vehicle inspecting it, with possible injuries unknown.
